GOT QUESTIONS?
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN AN ITEM?
7 DAYS FROM DELIVERY
You have 7 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original packaging with tags intact.
No questions asked. We stand behind every piece we drop.
WHAT ITEMS CAN'T BE RETURNED?
NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN:
- Sale or discounted items
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Worn or washed items
- Items without original tags or packaging

HOW DO I START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
EASY PROCESS:
1. Email us at hello@tomandlucas.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason.
2. We'll respond within 2 business days with approval and return instructions.
3. Ship it back to us (prepaid label provided).
4. Refunds processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
SHIPPING TIMELINES:
- Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, etc.): 3–5 business days
- Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 5–7 business days
- Remote Areas: 7–10 business days
Processing: Orders processed within 1–2 business days before shipping.

Orders above ₹999: FREE SHIPPING
Orders below ₹999: ₹99 flat fee

No worries. We offer free exchanges for different sizes or colours, subject to availability. Email us at hello@tomandlucas.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and preferred size/colour.
We'll get back to you within 2 business days.

We currently ship across India only. International shipping coming soon.

CAN I EXCHANGE FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE OR COLOUR?
YES — FREE EXCHANGES
Not your size or colour? We got you.
EXCHANGE PROCESS:
1. Email us at hello@tomandlucas.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and preferred size/colour.
2. We'll confirm availability and respond within 2 business days.
3. Ship your original item back (prepaid label provided).
4. We'll send your new size/colour once we receive your return.
Note: Exchanges are subject to availability. Sale items cannot be exchanged.
HOW LONG UNTIL I GET MY REFUND?
REFUNDS WITHIN 5–7 BUSINESS DAYS
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
TIMELINE:
- You initiate return within 7 days of delivery
- We respond with approval within 2 business days
- You ship it back (prepaid label provided)
- We receive and inspect (1–2 business days)
- Refund processed (5–7 business days)
