• Returns – Accepted only for defective, damaged, incorrect, or undelivered products. Must be requested within 24 hours.
• ⁠Refunds – Approved returns are refunded as store credit (valid 50 days); rare cases (lost in transit, wrong/damaged product) may get refund to original payment method in 7–14 days.
• Exchanges – Allowed only for size issues, within 24–48 hours. One-time only, with an ₹250 fee.
