Return & Exchange Policy

At TOM AND LUCAS, we stand behind the quality of every tee we make. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before initiating a request.

Eligibility Window

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of the delivery date. Requests raised after 7 days will not be accepted.

Conditions for Return & Exchange

To be eligible, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In its original condition with all tags intact
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
  • Items without original tags or packaging

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at hello@tomandlucas.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
  2. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
  3. Once approved, we will share the return shipping address and instructions.
  4. Pack the item securely and ship it back to us. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent.
  5. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your exchange or refund within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for a different size or colour of the same product, subject to availability. If your preferred size or colour is unavailable, we will issue a store credit or refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Defective or Wrong Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at hello@tomandlucas.com with photos of the item. We will arrange a free return pickup and send you a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
