By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract and that all information provided is accurate. We accept major payment methods available at checkout. All prices are listed in INR and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship across India. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances. TOM AND LUCAS is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics partners. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for detailed information.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you wear. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
