Where We Ship
We currently ship across India. We are working on expanding to international destinations — stay tuned!
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on all orders above ₹999
- A flat shipping fee of ₹99 applies to orders below ₹999
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time. You can also reach out to us at hello@tomandlucas.com with your order number for shipping updates.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at hello@tomandlucas.com. We will coordinate with our logistics partner to resolve the issue promptly. TOM AND LUCAS is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services, but we will do our best to assist you.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, the courier may attempt re-delivery or return the package to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply. Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate at the time of placing your order.
